📦 HoneyRay Shipping – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to HoneyRay Shipping (HR Shipping). By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully:

1. Item Storage Policy

• All packages must be collected or delivered within 30 days of arrival at our local office.

• After 30 days, unclaimed or unpaid items will be considered abandoned and may be sold or discarded at our discretion.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to track and follow up on packages once they have arrived in Jamaica.

2. Weight & Charges

• Shipping charges are based on the actual or volumetric weight, whichever is greater.

• If a package exceeds a full pound by 0.2 lbs or more, the weight will be rounded up to the next full pound.

  • Example: If a package weighs 2.2 lbs, you will be charged for 3 lbs.

3. Payments

• All payments must be made before delivery or at the time of delivery.

• No packages will be handed over without full payment unless a prior arrangement has been made and approved by HR Shipping.

• We accept payments via cash, bank transfer, or other methods as communicated.

4. Delivery Policy

• We offer free delivery to Spicy Hill, Samuel Prospect, and main road areas of nearby communities.

• For islandwide delivery, we utilize Knutsford Express, Tara, and Jamaica Post (Zipmail).

5. Liability

• HR Shipping is not liable for damages, delays, or loss due to unforeseen shipping delays or third-party courier issues.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure packages are properly addressed and labeled.
